netflix again.
Mar. 6th, 2012 11:35 amHoly crap! I just signed up with Netflix again and saw that both SG1 and Star Trek TOS are streaming. I made this joking new year's resolution that I would rewatch both this year since it's been a while (much longer for that particular Trek). Now I have no excuse!
Everyone kept telling me that Netflix went downhill and had no content except old TV shows. That's what sold me on it again! In the '80s we had one TV and I had to watch whatever my parents watched in the evening, but I made it home from school to watch The Real Ghostbusters and Ducktales. (And then Rescue Rangers and Tale Spin in following years. TMNT was always on Saturday morning.)
I started working after school evenings and joining clubs in the 1990s - I am a '94 high school grad- and just didn't have a chance to watch a lot of things.
There's a lot of stuff out there that I only have general knowledge of or have only seen a few episodes of that I can now watch on netflix.
So yea for old stuff!
